Who we are
This website presents Oasis Estate, a private property offering in Sri Lanka. Enquiries are handled personally by Elia Frölich (Malta). You can reach us at oasisestate.lk@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, viewing request, registration, or document download request, we collect the details you provide: name, email, and any optional fields such as phone, country, buyer type, budget range, timeframe, and your message. We also keep anonymous, aggregated website statistics (pages viewed, device type, campaign source) — these are never linked to your name or contact details and never include your precise location. Some of those statistics are cookie-based and are collected only with your consent; separately, our server keeps a plain count of the pages it serves, which uses no cookies and stores no identifier. Both are described in the Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your request regarding Oasis Estate — including follow-up correspondence about the property. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties for their marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles from your enquiry.
Where your data lives
Enquiries are stored securely in our customer database (hosted on Supabase), which also holds our own anonymous website statistics. Notification and follow-up emails are delivered via our email provider (Resend). The website is delivered by our hosting provider (Vercel), which processes your network address to serve pages and keep the site secure. Anonymous analytics may in addition be processed by Google Analytics and Google Ads, subject to your cookie choices.
Cookies & consent
Essential cookies keep the website working. Optional analytics and marketing cookies run only after you consent via the cookie banner. Our own cookie-free page count, described in the Cookie Policy, is not affected by that choice because it stores nothing on your device and keeps no identifier. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the link in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email oasisestate.lk@gmail.com and we will action your request promptly. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, these rights are provided under the GDPR.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept while the property offering is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for correspondence history, then deleted. Anonymous statistics contain no personal data and may be retained for trend analysis.
This is a plain-language policy prepared for the website owner and should be reviewed by the owner (and, where appropriate, legal counsel) before being relied upon as a complete legal document.
